As Managing Partner, Michael Niestroy is a trusted advisor to our customers in the UK & Nordics region as well as responsible for the management and sustainable growth of our international operations.

After graduating from Saarbruecken University, Michael started his career with DACOS Software, a company that was acquired by SAP to develop its first industry solution – SAP Retail.

After a number of international implementation projects, Michael moved to Australia in 1999 to head the Retail Regional Industry Group for SAP in Asia & Pacific. In 2005, Michael was a co-founder of Ciber Novasoft Australia & New Zealand until 2015, when he moved back to Europe to commence his current position with retailsolutions.
